TheScript Editor is the module that enables the fast implementation of new script campaigns no matter how complex. There are no limits to the number of pages or controls that can be used within a script. The script editor is integrating with MS Visio to draw the scripts as flow charts and the flow chart will be saved in the database. The database forms the interface between the script editor and the agent desktop. The Script Editor has its own custom controls defined to draw the flow of the script as per the client’s requirement. Each control has its own meaning in the agent desktop screen.

.  Windows application is integrated with MS Visio which is used to design agent hit     screen’s flow.

.  Scripts will be generated for campaign/offer/product of a particular client.

.  Admin is permitted to design as well as make changes in flow chart.

.  Version control will be maintained for each change.

.  Agent desktop hit screen displays controls dynamically corresponding to the     controls in the windows application.

.  The database acts as an intermediate between both the applications.

.  Facility to copy and transfer script functions for use across multiple campaigns.
