Position : Oracle BI developer
Job Description :

To strengthen the development department and provide for redundancy for this skill set as more clients are expected to sign up for Oracle OBIEE.

Duties :

• Perform requirements analysis to understand the business, data, and reporting needs
• Update the OBIEE repository (physical, business model, and presentation layers)
• Create the reports using Oracle Answers. Proficiency in Oracle Delivers etc
• Create the dashboard pages for displaying the reports
• Perform requirements analysis to understand the business, data, and reporting needs
• Work with clients to understand requirements and translate business rules into ad-hoc queries and           reports
• Analyze source data of different types and design programs for data integration, cleansing and           transformation in Oracle (ETL) from new and existing data sources in a Data Warehouse environment
• Develop, modify and test queries, programs and stored procedures to support ad-hoc reporting using           SQL and PL-SQL
• Create and manage database objects including tables, indexes, procedures etc
• Manage unit, system and integration testing for accuracy and performance
• Provide development or production support for off-shore clients and support 7x24 Oracle database           supporting applications, interface with users and management supporting staffs of the company
• Participation in on-call rotation duty for 7 by 24 support and periodic Disaster Recovery tests
• Ability to write complex SQL queries to support the Implementations efforts
• Experience with data modeling and optimizations are a plus factor
• Ability to work under pressure during system outage situations

Skills/Qualification

• Minimum of Bachelors in Engineering preferably in information technology or equivalent with           experience
• Certification in Oracle Bi development or something similar
• Must have worked in at least one project from beginning to end on OBIEE
• Certification in Oracle 10G/11G database is desirable
• Good Working Knowledge in Oracle 10G and higher versions
• Working Knowledge of Data warehousing and business intelligence application, preferably Oracle           Discoverer or Siebel
• Ability to work under pressure during system outage situations

Position : Oracle Database Administrator
Job Description :

To augment the DBA role in the company and strengthen the department to accommodate more clients.

Duties :

• Administer, maintain, and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the availability, security and           integrity of Oracle databases
• Provide development or production support for off-shore clients and support 7x24 Oracle database           supporting applications, interface with users and management supporting staffs of the company
• Interact with managers regarding problems with and capabilities of internal and clients staging and           production databases, control activities related to database planning and development, database           installation, database creation,define and implement data integrity and consistency, security,           recovery, backups procedures, perform database monitoring and tuning
• Participation in on-call rotation duty for 7 by 24 support and periodic Disaster Recovery tests
• Ability to write complex SQL queries to support the Implementations efforts
• Experience with data modeling
• Ability to work under pressure during system outage situations
• Excellent ability to work with clients and resolve client issues

Skills/Qualification

Job Description :

To augment the strength of ETL team in the company and strengthen the department to accommodate more clients.

Duties :

• Ability to develop using an ETL tool (Informatica, Oracle warehouse builder, Data Integrator, Data           Stage)
• Substantial ETL architecture design experience within data warehousing environments governed by           applying appropriate methodologies and ETL standards
• Analyze business data requirements to produce relevant ETL architecture deliverables (source analysis,           source to target maps, ETL flows)
• Work with ETL developers and Business Analysts to develop source to targets maps and identify           transformation rules
• Create or alter data integration blueprint and install, configure and tune ETL infrastructure to support           the data warehousing solution
• Participation in on-call rotation duty for 7 by 24 support and periodic Disaster Recovery tests
• Ability to write complex SQL queries to support the Implementations efforts
• Experience with data modeling

The company develops most of its solutions on Microsoft Platform, The products needs enhancements and support for clients.

Duties :

• Responsibilities include hands-on development in .NET and related software
• Duties include providing technical expertise and consulting services to clients (in person & telephonic)           and other duties as assigned. Some client projects may also require occasional onsite work locally as           well as work in night shifts for International clients
